Uses: calming and relaxing properties that promote peaceful sleep and ease feelings of tension.

Why it's one of Ness’ Faves:

Because it's good for EVERYTHING.  Honestly, is there nothing that this oil can't do?  Scrapes, burns, headaches, stress, insomnia and the DoTerra Lavender oil smells sooo good too.  Not all Lavenders are created equal as far as smell goes, but this one is a big winner to my nose.

Versatile uses, including calming and relaxing properties that promote peaceful sleep and ease feelings of tension.

Taken internally, Lavender reduces anxious feelings and promotes peaceful sleep* Helps ease feelings of tension.

 

How to Use or Diffuse?

Apply directly to mosquito bites to stop the itch or to scrapes or wounds to enhance healing.

Apply diluted with fractionated coconut oil to temples for relief headaches.

Add 3-4 drops to a tissue and place inside a pillowcase to promote restful sleep and calm.

or

to smell throughout the day to help reduce anxiety and enhance a feeling of calm

Diffuse: to promote sleep and invoke a sense of calm, reducing anxiety

 

Blending Buddies

  • Frankincense – used topically for scrapes and scratches. This is also a great combo to help cope with stress

  • Vetiver – to help facilitate sleep and relaxation
